We are actively seeking the following positions:
PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are seeking a Project Architect with 8 or more years of experience, responsible for all aspects of work on hotel and multi-family projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• Licensed architect with a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture or in a related field (construction or engineering).
• Proficiency with relevant computer programs including: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling program, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu.
• Relevant project experience with Multi-family, mixed-use, and hotel projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Leads collaborative work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction document preparation.
JOB CAPTAIN
We are seeking a Job Captain with 4 or more years of experience, responsible for Construction Document preparation and coordination on a variety of project types including, multi-family residential, self-storage, and hotel projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture or in a related field (construction or engineering).
• Proficiency with relevant computer programs including: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling program, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of construction document preparation on multi-family residential, self-storage, or hotel projects.
• Uses expertise to act as a technical or design resource.
