This new construction, 3-story facility houses 825 premium climate controlled storage units, including large exterior access units. There is also a rental office space, large walk-in loading area, and two double-bay, drive-in loading docks. 

The retail appearance is continued with the modern design of the rental office, which includes a seating area with fireplace and a coffee service station.
