A further reflection of the neighborhood's evolving status from an epicenter for young adults into a place where families settle, CA-X features exceptionally spacious units, expanding upon those of its Belgravia predecessor, CA6. The 11-story building will include mostly 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom penthouse units. 

The exterior of CA-X is enlivened by a unique zigzagging façade. Balconies - 30 feet long and 14 feet at their widest, 8 feet at their narrowest - will angle in and out as seen in the rendering below. Because of this alternating pattern every unit’s balcony will have a portion where the next overhang is two stories above, rather than one, providing the residents an abundance of light and open space. 

Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2022 with delivery of the first units in early 2024.
