The site plan was designed to maximize access to the new public river walk. The development includes 69 four-story town homes and 11 single family homes consisting of 7 unit types ranging from 2,200 - 4,000 sq. ft.
The facades were designed to be contextual with the surrounding buildings, which are predominantly 19th century clapboard-sided frame structure.
Incorporation of extensive sustainable technologies will make this Chicago’s first LEED certified townhouse project.
