The building, formed by connected dual rectangular masses, occupies a challenging and irregularly-shaped site with facades on both Peoria and Green Street.
There are two residential towers, over a continuous podium, with one fronting the neighborhood staple, Mary Bartelme Park, and another directing back to the Chicago skyline.

The building is wrapped in a combination of stack-bonded dark gray brick and metal cladding, with large gridded loft-inspired windows.
With our site nestled between existing residential properties, we surmounted the hurdles of designing a development that was respectful of the window placements of its neighboring buildings.
The original 20-unit concept was converted to a 17-unit development by combining 6 units into 3 ultra-luxurious residences.
A composition of crisscrossing balconies brings a sculptural liveliness to the central courtyard.
