Occupying a through-lot between Wisconsin Street and Lincoln Avenue, this uniquely-situated building is flanked by a small public park that replaced the long-ago vacated right of way for Ogden Avenue.

The building fronts on both streets and the park, with pedestrian entrance directly from the park, and a consequent abundance of natural light to all sides.
We designed the exterior composition in two colors of brick to speak to the client’s modernist aesthetic while referencing the vernacular materials of the neighborhood.
The four-bedroom units offer gracious amenities on par with luxury single-family homes, but accomplished on a single level: a rare find in Chicago’s housing market.
The units all share a large rooftop terrace equipped with a luxurious outdoor kitchen.
